How LifeAround works
LifeAround turns an address into a shareable lifestyle report. You generate the story in your dashboard, review nearby highlights and narrative sections, then send a link when you are ready for clients to read on their own.
Signed-in users open the workspace from Dashboard. For shorter answers, see FAQ.
1. Create a report
From the dashboard, enter a property address and choose Generate. LifeAround builds a lifestyle report for that location—nearby places, narrative sections, and a summary vibe you can scan in seconds.
- Use a sample address if you want to explore the workflow before your first real listing.
- While generation runs, you will see progress in the workspace until the report is ready to review.
- Each new address becomes its own report you can return to later.
2. Switch between properties
The property strip along the top of the dashboard lists reports you have already created. Select a card to open that address, or choose New report to start another one.
This is helpful when you are juggling multiple listings or comparing two neighborhoods for the same client.
3. Review the report
An open report shows the pieces you will share with clients:
- Vibe and location — a quick label for the neighborhood feel plus city and region context.
- Map preview — a visual anchor for the address on the page.
- Lifestyle sections — scored blocks with summaries and bullet takeaways about daily life.
- Nearby highlights — cafes, parks, groceries, schools, and other local places with distance notes.
Read through once before you send the link so the story matches how you want to position the property.
5. Regenerate a report
Regenerate runs a fresh pass for the same address. Use it when you want updated copy, a different emphasis, or a second version after feedback from a client or teammate.
6. Plans and billing
Your plan badge in the header shows whether you are on Free, Essential, or Pro. Higher tiers add more report capacity, persona-driven narratives, and stronger sharing options. See Pricing.
Paid subscribers can manage billing from the account menu when signed in.
