What is LifeAround for?
LifeAround helps you turn a property address into a readable neighborhood lifestyle report. Instead of listing features alone, you get nearby highlights, story sections, and a link you can share with buyers, renters, or guests.
Who is LifeAround built for?
Agents, short-term hosts, and anyone who needs to explain what daily life feels like around an address. If your audience asks what the area is like—not just what the floor plan is—LifeAround is meant for that conversation.
How do I create my first report?
Sign up, open the dashboard, enter an address, and choose Generate. LifeAround builds the report in your workspace. When it is ready, review the sections and nearby places, then copy the share link.
What appears in a lifestyle report?
Each report typically includes a vibe label, map-style preview, scored lifestyle sections with summaries and bullets, and a list of nearby places grouped by category (cafes, parks, groceries, schools, and more).
Can I share a report with clients?
Yes. From the dashboard, use Copy Link to grab a URL you can paste into email, text, or listing materials. Recipients open a polished page without needing your account login.
What does Regenerate do?
Regenerate refreshes the report for the same address—useful when you want a different emphasis, updated copy, or a new pass after tweaking how you present the property.
Does LifeAround replace a MLS or CMA?
No. LifeAround focuses on lifestyle storytelling around a place. It complements comps, disclosures, and tour logistics—it does not replace formal valuation or listing data systems.
What are persona-driven narratives?
Paid tiers support framing the story for different audiences—such as families, foodies, or remote workers—so the report reads like it was written for the person you are trying to reach. See Pricing for what each plan includes today.
How many reports can I keep?
Your dashboard keeps a strip of properties you have generated so you can switch between addresses. How many active reports you can create depends on your plan. Check Pricing for current limits.
What is included in paid plans?
Free is for trying the workflow with a lighter allowance. Essential adds more room for everyday client work and persona options. Pro is for heavier use—more reports, richer storytelling, and stronger sharing. See Pricing for the live feature list.
Where is my data stored?
Signed-in users: your generated reports and account data are stored with your LifeAround account so you can return from the dashboard. For retention and legal detail, read the Privacy and Terms pages.
